Hey Yall,

Well Jill, you're right about interviews being pretty wierd, but I won't have to worry about them anymore for a little while because.... (cue the music) bum, bum, bum, bummmmmmm..... I am now OFFICIALLY in the banking business :0) I guess I musta done alright at my third interview on Monday cause they called me up yesterday and offered me the job. So much for being a bum after college. Anywho, I'm really excited about it!! Thanks everyone for all of your encouragement!!

Jill, I've got to know what happened to that kid in your class. At least he didn't turn in somebody else's paper from a year ago, which people do sometimes try and get away with. Sounds like a situation for the professor to publically embaress a student. Oh well, all part of the learning process ;)

I hope you feel better soon Lynell! I know what it's like to lose your voice. It seems that since I've started singing and playing music more that I've been more apt to lose my voice and it always sucks. One time I actually tried to play a show even though my voice was going fast. After about 2 songs I had to quit and my quasi-tonedeaf friends took over for the rest of the evening. I truly felt sorry for the patrons at the bar who didn't know us. Anywho, I'm sure it'll clear up any day now, as soon as it gets nice out again!

And Gretcho, you said it about the B-friend. He's just gotta meet us all at some point seeing as how you two have been together for as long as you have.... sorry but being the intimidating older cousin just goes with the territory ;0) As far as date ideas for you, as far as I go I usually just like some sort of small indication that Jill appreciates the things I like (even though sometimes she doesn't like those things so much). Just do something with him that he'd really enjoy. Maybe get tickets to a concert of a band he likes or something. Or if you're trying to keep it simple, just try taking him somewhere for dinner and giving him a thoughtful card or something. I like that kinda stuff, but then I'm can be kind of a sentimental guy. Anywho, just a few thoughts for ya.
