well I sure hope she does wear her seat belt from now on. A friend of mine didn't put her seatbelt on once just driving across this intersection and she totally banged her head against the windsheild. She would have walked away had she worn a seatbelt, but instead she had a trip to the ER. She also got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt...did dani get a ticket?
Here's jennies ultrasound...very cool stuff guys. Be excited. I'm gonna be an uncle...ridic.

thanks for your concern. Dani isn't a happy camper right now. She had surgury friday to align the breaks in her nose--and they inserted plastic splints that she'll endure for about a week. Has to breath through the mouth--nose is crusty and hurts. I think the time cannot go by quickly enough for her. she just has to wait til it heals, and she gets better. As to the "how" question, it is not typical. Her boyfriend was driving her to work on sunday morning in a borrowed pick-up truck (the starter is out in Dani's car). They approached a dangerous turn in a very slick road. Unbeknownst, a car had slid off the road there and a cop had stopped there to have a look. The cop probably was not parked in a safe location, and when they turned the corner they slid into his car. The cop had to go out the window of his car. He immediately saw Dani bleading profusely from the face/head. They called an ambulance and took her to the hospital. Importantly, she might have avoided any injury if . . . . . . . "she had worn her seat belt." But, live and learn (or just learn!!!!). Could have been worse, obviously. So, she has some healing to do, yet, and probably feels like life's a drag right now. Dean
p.s. great that you enjoy your new job and environment, Jeff.

OK, just read your post about the NFL half-time show Dean, and I gotta say I love how you put it. What's worse? Being subjected to the female breast, or being forced to sit through a half hour of shamelessly talentless music and overblown theatrics. I know which one I would pick ;) Anywho, in all seriousness it was definitely in bad form and a poor example coming from people who, lets face it, are listened to more by impressionable youth than those who manage to formulate their own opinions about music. Ok, so there's my bitter shtick on the state of the music industry today, ciao!
OK, so I haven't blogged in a long time... I know... shame on me! That's terrible about Dani, is she doing a lot better?!? How did it occur? At least she's alright.
Kyle, good luck with the Betsinator. Is this the same girl you were talking about at Christmas time?? You can't argue a 3 hour dinner, obviously you two have a lot in common and enjoy each other's company. I think I mentioned this before, but J and I really want to get up there and visit you and Kevin sometime. Were you thinking over your spring break J?? Anywho, keep it in mind.
As for me, I'm just getting ready to start the 3rd week of my job and I'm enjoying it. Cardinal is a good company and it looks like I'll have some good opportunities to get into sales! Most of all, I'm loving the change of scenery. Evanston is a fun city and Chicago's a blast! Didn't Wayne go to school at Northwestern?? I've already made a musical connection and it looks like Tim and I may be starting up a full-fledged band soon, so yall have to come in and hear us sometime.
Well, back to the grind, I've been in solid training for 2 weeks and I've got 3 more (including this one) to go. Much love fam! Hope to see you all sometime not too far away. Tschus, jp
